Abstract:
This text demands theoric benefits of the term of embededdness. First of all, it takes up his historical constitution from Polanyi to New Economic Sociology. Secondly, it questions its legitimity according to "surface societies" where several regulations are entwined. At last, it is treating of contradictions where to the normatif use of embededdness is leading.
