Abstract: The report presents, starting from the statistical data provided by the national institutes of demographic and employment statistics, the construction of the comparison as regards conciliation work-familybetween France and Quebec. Four topics are approached: context, demography and employment , data and measures on the conciliation,the effect of policies.
