Abstract:
State regulation of investment activity as one of the methods of investment management in electricity network transmission companies is investigated with regard to the issues of price regulation, organization and priority determination of electricity network development, and approval of investment programs. The analysis of these aspects allows highlighting the main trends associated with the process of forecasting and making investment decisions in the Russian and French electricity network industry.
