Abstract: This communication is interested in a prospect still little studied in information system: strategies displayed by the private provider to join IT projects. Indeed, the qualitative research led in the heart of the longitudinal study of two projects ENT, suggests deepening the dynamics and the evolution of the TI projects through the understanding of strategies of private provider. Projects are seen like socio-technical network. Our contribution is twofold: (i) typography of strategic actions of private provider to integrate IT project; (ii) a concrete illustration of interpretative flexibility and constituting links between technology and actor.
