Abstract: From a qualitative approach led within four project-based firms, the objective of this article is to highlight the different levers of knowledge management (KM) to jointly manage knowledge and projects. In a context of reinforcement of the project-based organizations, the question of knowledge management becomes today a key stake for companies as well as for research in management sciences. More precisely, if the literature recognizes the importance of the articulation between knowledge management and project-based organization, however contributions are limited in the specification of levers to manage knowledge together with projects.
