Abstract:
The present financial crisis is very severe and nobody knows when the exit occurs. Retailers have a specific role within such an unfavorable situation. The Porter model is used to point out several issues stemming from the five forces which structure any sector in order to develop strategies to be ready to exit stronger from this crisis.]
