Abstract: The standards which spread in organisations were often conceived by engineers and in industry. So it is interesting to wonder if people in charge of quality with no scientific or technical training spread and set up these tools of organisational control in a similar way or not that people in charge of quality engineers or technicians. We studied for it the speeches of both people. The research method which was used is based on a semantic analysis of these. It seems that if there is a distinction between the speeches of people in charge of quality with scientific training and those with not scientific training, other factors intervene to constitute a speech which remains largely very specific to each.
