Abstract:
This research aims at highlighting how organizational and professional identication occur in audit firms. It rests on an investigation carried out an investigation carried and out two research questionnaires (240 answers for wave 1 and 150 for wave 2) and 19 semi-directive individual interviews (wave 3). The results underline differentiated processes according to foci or targets of identification: salient for organizational identification but more ambiguous for organizational identification.
