Abstract:
HRM employability assessment : from employment situation to professional transition opportunities prospective approach Sumary Employability assessing processes are based on the interpretation of the concept by the actors: in a system of reference frames, they qualify the professional situation and its possibilities of evolution. This construction of particular versions of the employability is analysed in a exploratory way with HR consulting professionals, in the context of the prospective assessment of the employees of an organization.
