Abstract:
The aim of this article is to contribute in highlight socio-cognitive constituting the decision-makers' in order to grasp the mechanisms driving to seniors' integration or exclusion. This approach is based on the analysis of the ‘cognitive maps' test built on the deciphering of the interview inputs given by 28 executives of companies in the sector of old people services. It is about contextualizing the practices of the age managing from analysis of its direct effects: virtuous, depraved or contradictory. This in order to defi ne a transitional age model where the dynamics of the seniors' integration and exclusion are taken into account.
