Abstract:
The Chinese government acknowledges henceforth that the dynamism of small and medium enterprise (SME) is an important factor of the economic growth of their country, that SME are a prolific source of new jobs and the origin of numerous innovations. This paper deals with difficulties that these Chinese SME have to exist from a mere financial point of view. It shows that their financing suffers from the lack of clarity and from the intermingling of the Chinese government reforming problematic.
