Abstract:
French health clinics during organizational changes: how can human resource management help? Surgical clinics and private maternities as a relatively homogenous yet particular group of companies with significant place in the heath care sector are going through changes in strategies and are making their organization more flexible. New human resource activities in this sector have been put into place. What are these new practices and their links with the planned changes? What methods are used to introduce them? The experiences of two surgical clinics collected during an exploratory study will generate reflection on what conditions an effective use of human resource management will yield in the health care sector in the context of organizational changes.
