Abstract:
The entrepreneurial intent is the first element necessary in the entrepreneurial process. It reflects the will of a person start a business. This will be influenced by personality and beliefs of the individual on the environment. In this paper, we discuss primarily the economic Algeria environment. Then, we expose the Theoretical framework and conceptual our research. And finally, we describe a quantitative study with a sample of the city of Constantine in Algeria. This study proposed to explain the influence of factors related to individual and environment on the entrepreneurial intention.
