Abstract:
Optimisation of Supply Chain is today an issue for companies. This paper explores how Knowledge Management could improve the efficiciency of Supply Chains. It investigates the specificities of knowledge of Supply Chain collaborators and the specificities of their management. With an Action Research methodology it proposes a framework and recommandations to design efficient Knowledge Management Systems.
