Abstract: La gestion hospitalière est bouleversée par la mise en place de la tarification à l'activité. Celle-ci ne touche pas encore le champ de la psychiatrie à l'hôpital. Dans la phase transitoire actuelle, un tableau de bord de mesure de l'activité ambulatoire dans un centre psychothérapique est mis en œuvre. Ceci permet de décrire l'apport possible d'une démarche progressive de construction d'indicateurs de suivi des activités aussi bien d'un point de vue décisionnel que dans ses aspects communicationnel et psycho-cognitif.
