Abstract: The current move of juridictionalisation of social activities – characterized by a more and more written rules which constitute a model of behavioral control – concerns, since recently, scientific activities. Then it is question to say the rights of subjects invited to participate in research and to say the duties of the researchers. Various codes and ethic committees have been developed that govern researches done on individuals, and set up institutional mechanisms for standardizing assessment procedures, authorization and prohibition of research. It is here question to ask oneself which model of ethic regulation would be adapted for the researches in management, particularly for hermeneutic research – including ethnographic methods, and socio-anthropological biographical surveys, by interviews. All investigative techniques that raise both specific issues in the field of ethics but also a whole range of issues regarding the applicability of ethical codes as they exist today. The thesis leads to the necessity, from the scientific community, laying the groundwork for a model of regulation to this type of research
