Abstract: At the moment, we present a literature review about this topic. The first part deals with the topic interest. We underline the multiplicity of lobbying stakeholders regarding firm restructuring: firms (alone or within groups), employers' and labor trade union congresses, consultants, non profit organizations from civil society. The second part addresses the key issue of the paper. Lobbying could be considered as well as rent building or expression of legitimated interests. This last strategy is expected to bring a socially responsive and performing way for firm restructuring. In conclusion, methodology is discussed.
