Abstract: L'envolée annoncée du prix de l'or noir et la vraisemblance d'un krach financier devraient confronter l'Europe à un ralentissement des échanges commerciaux internationaux. Plutôt que de le subir, l'Union européenne devrait se servir du protectionnisme pour favoriser l'emploi et la transition écologique.
