Abstract: Parking while waiting for customers is a central issue in the competition between taxis to other "hire cars with driver". Whether it is parking on the street, which, in France is a monopoly of the taxis, or at railways stations and airports, or in private spaces, the ability to park gives an economic advantage which is often the object of conflicts.
