Abstract:
The entrepreneur keeps with his enterprise highly emotional relations as compared to those of the manager. He is the owner of the idea and the master of its implementation. At the same time, in order that a collective structure be set up he must agree to move to the background. It requires a survey of the various relations between the entrepreneur vision and his enterprise. This description is based upon the "dialog" concept propose by the french epistemologist Edgard Morin. The relation between the firm and the entrepreneur could be complementary, competitive or contradictory - the achievement of the entrepreneur go against the firm. entrepreneur, manager, Edgar Morin, vision, dialogic
