Abstract:
This article proposes a new approach to the case-study method, that is, a new educational method that varies theoretical classes (taught by professors and professional specialists of the topic) and practical applications (exposed and followed by a practitioner). The developed case is not pre-existent, but is constructed and resolved progressively following a company's question. By "really" treating the operational aspects of the taught topic, students are becoming aware of the necessity to master conceptual aspects in order to find a coherent solution.
