La distance et le développement international des entreprises
Emna Moalla
Post-Print from HAL
Abstract:
The concept of distance is the subject of different studies in particular in the field of international business. However, findings appear to be strongly divergent because of several inconsistencies concerning the conceptualization of distance, which is not homogeneous. Therefore, this paper contributes to a better understanding of the international development of the company by the concept of distance. The framework presents a combination of macro and micro variables that take into account the multidimensional, subjective and evolutionary nature of distance.
