Abstract:
The internationalization of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises doesn't any more constitute a strategy of development and growth, but rather an obligation to survive. Several ways are possible, but with different costs and levels of commitments. The aim of this research is to focus on the strategic alliance between SME and Large-Size Company, more collectively called "asymmetric alliance". This kind of link constitutes a category of alliance less studied until now (Cheriet on 2006) .It allows to treat the question of inter-firm networks (Rojot, on 2005) in which SME have many reasons to get implicated involved and the Large-Size company through middle managers will have important role to play. Our comparative study shows that this type of strategic alliance leads of considerable contributions in particular in networks and advice. Our empirical study shows the important roles playing by the middle manager for constitute alliance: "the defense of the strategic options ", "the synthesis of the information ","more easy adaptability" and finally "the implementation of the deliberated strategy".
