Abstract: The new type of inter-firms relations due to the quality insurance systems uses a particular type of organisation : the network organisation. Our communication underlines the new organisational structure made up by the organisation network through a co-ordinating factor : the standardisation of activities. It consists in understanding how certain forms of standardisation intervene in co-operation and/or co-ordination construction within the transactional organisation.
