Abstract:
Since the seventies, home care associations have experienced a large process of professionalization. However, nowadays, their role is ambivalent : on the one hand, they still organize a domestic work, but on the other hand, as a collective organization, they organize a collective work, which seems to be a central condition to home keepers' effective professionnalization.
