Abstract:
The aim of this communication is to lay the groundwork for an anticipated endogenization of the environmental constraint in the sustainable development strategies of poor rural areas, in order to guarantee food sovereignty in concerned countries. The approach adopted here seeks to combine mainly the circularity principle of Industrial Ecology with Syal approaches. The bases for a sustainable and localized systemic organization of production, focused on agri-food sector.
