Abstract:
The purpose of this communication is to highlight the main actors implied in the link between competence management and project organization. Our research is based on a qualitative approach, centered on a multiple case study, led within four project-oriented companies operating in different branches of industry (IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Arkopharma and Temex). Our principal theoretical contribution is to propose a typology of these actors in three categories, distinguishing the "strategists", the "organizers" and the "recipients".
