Abstract: By examining some well-know and widely examples which achieved their goals, we can argue that a leading set of high purpose' companies moved beyond charitable giving and used constructive social engagement as the central means of improving their performance in the marketplace. Our plan is based on two parts: the methodology and a case, as follows.
