Abstract:
This paper explores the existing relation between complexity of firms's cooperations and their foreseeable evolution. We present the conclusions of a research leaded with the most important french groups about the evolutions of "coopérations with multi-points" or "coopération multipoints" (in french). The results show two factors which influence the dynamic of cooperations between firms : - the first concerns area of cooperation - and the second analyses the impact of organizational designs leaded by allied partners In other words, the evolution of a cooperation is easier to foresee than its complexity is weaked.
