Action research: au way of training for young action-researchers ?

Abstract: In management science, most of researches leaded by CIFRE conventions are based on methodology of action-research (Bourcieu et Salgado, 2003). We will show that this methodology is a good way of training for young researchers in different professional and scientific areas.
