Abstract:
The comment-walrasian project forges against the new synthesis by rejecting its rational anticipations hypothesis, its fiction of the representative agent, its vision of equilibrium and its conception of the economic policy. Colander aims at studying the process of coordination in a market economy by emphasizing the adaptive behavior of the agents and the complexity of the economic system. ln this respect, he focuses on the interactions between agents, their impact on the macroeconomic configurations and the inferences of decisions of economic policies by relying on tools which are first empirically oriented.
