Abstract: Communities of Practice are recognized as specific form of "intra-organizational" network for the exchange and development of knowledge and practices. The ob-jective of this communication is to understand motiva-tion of members to participate in a community of prac-tice. For this, our empirical section presents users pro-files within an intra-organizational virtual community of practice in a multinational. This first result have highlight games of players between members of the community.
