Abstract: The idea of this article is to present new territorial dynamics and new economic behavior of populations on the new eastern borders of EU, especialy Polish-Ukrainian borders. The aim is to undrestand how work, relationship and culture as well as material and immaterial infrastructures regenarate in locally coherent forms.
