Abstract: The book Tourism management, marketing and development: the importance of networks and ICTs provides an overview of state-of-the-art research related to the implications of ICT in tourism, and on the main evolutions in the management of destinations. The book includes twelve articles from a diverse international group of academics, displayed in two parts, 'ICT and Tourism' and 'Tourism systems and Networks'.
