Abstract: The article aims to examine the ability of the pools of employers facing labor market modifications. It is based on an analysis of pools of employers in the agricultural and sport sector in France. This article highlights the specificity of the association's management of the poll of employers and discusses the benefits and the limitations of this system in the current context of flexicurity.
