Abstract: Lean production and value models. A regulationist approach through work. Lean appeared in an historical and local context (Japan) which has little to do with contemporary economic dynamics. In order to be able to analyze its current impact on work, it would appear necessary to consider new forms of value production and the tensions which occur between the different levels of performance
