Abstract: The text lies on our readings of territorialisation of policies against poverty in the 90's. With this, we propose coming back on an experience managed in Britanny in 2004 which try to improve the territorial inscription of medical care supply for a greater equity. The pre-eminence was given to the territories for political projects rather than to people'ones.
