Abstract:
This work defends that the Local Labour Market concept based on workers' daily displacements is the most appropriate spatial unit for designing and developing employment local policies. An empirical study carried out in the county of Huelva (Spain) is presented showing the large capability of this approach in favouring the territorial governance.
