Abstract: In 2012, the Arque group positioned on the market of the do-it-yourself wishes to pursue its internal growth by creating a new store which would join the ecoresponsible approach which the group adopted. This operation requires important funds which the group would like to raise by creating a holding company and by letting in a shareholder outside the family lap, also worried about the environmental protection. The study of the feasibility of the operation of financial engineering is at the heart of this case.
