Abstract:
In European countries precarious employment develops since the 1990s. European commission implements a strategy of flexicurity in this area. In France approaches converge to an effort to secure careers. They take into account a reduced effective-ness of regulation at the level of sectors and companies when employees frequently change employers and industries. A territorial social dialogue can put forward solutions. This implies the adoption of regulations seeking more diverse actors, in less predictable areas and involves a lot of flexibility in the forms of social dialogue.
