Abstract:
The purpose of this article is the validation of an integrated framework for BoP strategic management. A two months deeply action research was realized within the Nestlé-Cameroon subsidiary. The article gives the detailed definitions of BoP strategies and the model propositions synthesis. Then, both the interpretive and prescriptive functions of the model are tested and discussed.
