Abstract: Les élus réclament à corps et à cris le TGV. Mais, pour l'économiste Yves Crozet, il y a une bonne part d'illusion dans les vertus qu'on lui prête. La grande vitesse ne crée pas de la croissance. Mais elle l'accompagne intelligemment.
