[The birth of local economic policies]

Gérard-François Dumont

Post-Print from HAL

Abstract: [Talking, in France, "local economic policy" is inconsistent with the text of the decentralization law of 2 March 1982 on the rights and freedoms of cities. We must explain that birth and evolution.]
