Abstract: Since the years 2000, the historical actors of home help sector, associations, must adapt to the various political orientations. Indeed, the introduction of competition and the evolution of the ways of financing, by the means of tariffs practices, generate a regulation of the area through the market, modifying deeply the environment of home help actors. This article is devoted to these modifications, making the assumption that the vision of the evaluation they generate impacts the practices of the sector actors, and more particulary associations.
