Abstract: In the twenty-first century, the global context is dominated by three new phenomena or new nature in the history of mankind: globalization, internationalization and worldwide development. Question the current and future planetary situation requires prior clarification of these three concepts without which it is impossible to understand the contemporary world and the current changes.]
