Abstract:
On the one hand, the announced United Nations commitment to poverty reduction deserves to be addressed in the resulting statements. On the other hand, various national examples, taken on several continents, show that some responses that seem appropriate in the short term prove to be ineffective in the medium term. Consequently, poverty reduction must be based on other elements that form a triptych
