Abstract:
Today, computer equipment and broadband networks are provided in French educational institutions. The time has come from a more critical perspective on the conditions for the development of pedagogical tools, the unfolding of processes of change and appropriation, in connection with organizational and state contexts, professional and managerial. Our interest is focused on the conditions of use of these technologies, their diffusion, adherence to a modernization of work in line with global issues of public action.
