Abstract:
The communication of public organizations is vast. It is a public institutional communication, a discipline under construction, a professional group to be characterized. It is also a new way of managing work based on instrumented social practices (CTBT). Therefore, the centrality of communication in the management of public organizations today expresses the organizational changes linked to a new global managerial aim of modernization and standardization to be characterized.
