Abstract: "Re-regulation" of the wage-labour nexus in home-care services: which regulatory power of the territorial social dialogue ? This paper analyses the evolution of the wage-labour nexus regulation in home care services. It is based on a socio-historical analysis and field surveys realised in two French regions. We show that the home care sector is marked by the gradual state withdrawal from the wage-labour nexus regulation and by the appearance of a new form of territorial professional regulation in the development of new spaces of social dialogue. We underline the leading role of the evolution of the administrative pricing system in this trend, while pointing out the structural impediments to the regulatory power of these new social dialogue spaces.
