Abstract: On observe aujourd'hui en France un certain engouement pour de nouvelles formes de gouvernance telles que la sociocratie ou l'holacratie. L'article décrit et analyse la décision sociocratique en la comparant avec le consensus néerlandais dont elle est issue. Il révèle les difficultés à transposer la décision sociocratique dans un contexte français.
